exclusive sneak peak into a tasty creation. She is creating a book of edible
gifts to share with you and this unique and edible treat is one of the many
creations that will be featured in the book. This book is the perfect mixture
of candy and cake to satisfy your dessert recipe desires.
To make the vanilla cupcake, please make sure you have 3
cups of unbleached, all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, ½
teaspoon of salt, 4 eggs, and 2 cups of sugar. Additionally, you will need ¾ of
a cup of canola oil, 1 ¼ cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla bean paste of
extract. Don’t forget to pick up celebration glasses, a decorative sign, some
sprinkles and your favorite candy to finish decorating this creation.
Steps: Vanilla Cake
1. Start making your creation by preheating the
oven to 350 degrees and make sure that the rack is in the middle position.
2. You will need two 8-inch pans. Now, spray these
pans with nonstick baking spray and set them aside.
3. Your first bowl will have the mixture of flour,
baking powder, and salt. While, the second bowl will have the mixture of eggs,
sugar, and vanilla.
4. These mixtures in the two bowls should be mixed
for ten minutes. One baking tip is that an electric mixer works best. When the
vanilla is thick, the mixtures are ready. While you mix make sure you add oil
gradually.
5. Add each dry ingredient from the first bowl to
the milk separately. Continue until the batter is smooth.
6. Add both bowls together and mix. Then, divide
the batter between the two pans.
7. The batter will need to bake for 50-55 minutes.
Then, they should cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack.
Congratulations
you can celebrate your creation. You have made approximately 12 cupcakes from
this recipe. Next, you will need the following ingredients for the vanilla
frosting: 1 cup of unsalted, softened butter, 3 ½ cups of confectioners’ sugar,
1 teaspoon of milk, 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla bean paste or extract, and 1/8
teaspoon of salt.
Steps:
Vanilla Frosting
1. Retrieve a new bowl for mixing and combine the
butter, sugar and salt. A baking tip is that it is always best to make sure
that the mixture is completely blended before moving on to a new step.
2. Next, add the milk and vanilla to the bowl.
Then, mix again for another 3-5 minutes. The frosting should now be smooth and
creamy when you are done.
You have
completed your cupcake creation. Now make sure to decorate your celebration
glass to represent your perfect day. Sweet Equations has been excited to share

try to create this edible gift at home. Please send in pictures of your
